When Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, labeled, or shipped. Once your order enters the fulfillment stage, it can no longer be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
Simply send an email to our Customer Support team at support@vivellify.com within the grace period after placing your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A request for cancellation, add your reason
We’ll confirm the status and do our best to accommodate your request promptly.
Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Don't worry. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for guidance on how to proceed.
