Here’s how to request a return or refund in just a few simple steps:


Submit a Return Request

Reach out to our friendly Customer Support team at support@vivellify.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos as supporting evidence (if available)


We’ll review your request and respond within 24 hours with the next steps and the return address.


All returns are to be sent to our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.

Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 24 hours, providing you with the return address.


Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Include your order number inside the parcel (to avoid any complications)
  • If your order included bottles, any empty bottles must also be returned
  • Only up to two months’ supply of opened or used product may be returned for a refund


Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 1 to 14 business days. 

If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
